Cheryl Cole, singer of Girls Aloud, and her soccer star husband Ashley are heading for divorce. Last year there were already rumors that he was cheating on her and this week the news leaked out that he send naked pics of himself to other women. He says someone else did it but the other Girls loud singers as well as Cheryl’s mother think they should divorce. They are one the THE glamour couples in Britain and this is their Tiger Woods’ affair. I saw them once eating in the Blue Elephant restaurant in London and she is one of the prettiest women I have ever seen.
It was quite the spectacle yesterday at the men’s short program figure skating but for me it was all about Johnny Weir. Some other guys might have better technical elements but no one can put on a show like Johnny. He wore an outfit with self-described “man cleavage and pink ruffle” with a bit of lace and is just himself on the ice unlike a guy like Evan Lysacek who over-acts to be pursued as masculine. The two of them are arch-nemises since their early teens and could not be more different. Johnny ended 6th and will be in the final group at the long programme and said to be looking out of the corner of his mascara to see who would win on thursday, likely between Lysacek and extremely talented and extremely ugly Plushenko. He might prepare the same for the event as he did on Tuesday, being naked watching The Real Housewives!
Actress Hayden Panettiere(Heroes) got a boob job recently and went from an A-cup to a C. She hopes to get more grown-up roles now than only playing cheer leaders. I think it is a good thing, her body used to look like that of a 12-year old gymnast, not pretty.
My favorite cook and TV personality Paula Deen will be on American Idol as a guest judge. While I kinda understand that some people think she knows nothing about singing and should not be a judge I disagree about the last part. She is funny and a down-to-earth Southern Belle, she knows exactly what America wants and became an Idol herself. Solely singing qualities does not make you a star.
